The bassist of 1980s reggae dance orchestra UB40 has been banned from working companies for quaternary years afterwards a bust-up all over clerking.
Earl Falconer was latched because his society Automatic Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was insolvent and didn't evenhandedly rive the proceeds with creditors.
The group's business enterprise director Saint David Yardbird Parker and lad manager Lanval Storrod were handed 11-year and four-twelvemonth bans severally.
It is understood two early ex-ring members were among the creditors.
